Dorstenia gigas

That species is much sought after for its beautiful shape resembling to a bonsai and its shiny dark green foliage very harmonious. It develops a caudex up to 20 to 30cm when cultivated in pot. Propagation by cuttings is difficult, seed production is very rare in cultivation. Therefore, despite a huge demand, it is rarely offered for sale.
